Our Task

To generate end-user leads for Symantec solutions on behalf of distributor Codework.

Background and Results

With offices in North America, Europe and Asia, Codework is a distributor of innovative security technologies and products for automating, improving, securing and managing enterprise IT systems.

Codework regularly supports its partners with the provision of end-user leads and recently enlisted the services of purechannels to identify opportunities for Symantec, one of the trusted vendors in its portfolio.

The campaign targeted a selection of existing Symantec end-users, with the objective of up-selling a new end-point Symantec solution into them.

Provided with a partially-complete database from Codework, purechannels interfaced directly into Codework’s CRM system to complete the list with missing information prior to the campaign commencing.

In just over twelve days of tele-marketing, purechannels generated 25 qualified leads and 80 requests for more information, which Codework is now passing onto its partners.
