To become the leading UK distributor of Symantec-Altiris solutions.

Background and Results

When Codework first contacted purechannels, the company was interested in evolving their master-reseller business model to become a leading distributor of IT asset lifecycle management solutions. purechannels recommended a number of short- and long-term actions that would have a major impact on the company and its growing base of resellers in the UK.

purechannels initially redesigned Codework’s website and partner newsletters. Next, we called prospective partners and promoted the redefined Codework Value Proposition.

The results were astonishing: 20 resellers wanted to work with Codework immediately and over 100 were very interested about a potential partnership.
