Our Task

To create and qualify two vertical customer databases and secure sales meetings for Doherty Associates.

Background and Results

With the enviable status of Microsoft Gold Partner, Doherty Associates provides IT support services and consultancy solutions for businesses in London.

Wanting to increase its foothold in both the legal and educational sectors, Doherty Associates enlisted the services of purechannels to research, qualify and engage with key customer contacts.

As purchasing such data ‘off the shelf’ was neither cost effective nor viable, purechannels used desk research to build a database of two hundred contacts at schools and law firms in the London area, closely matching Doherty Associates’ target profile.

Once the lists had been compiled, purechannels qualified the data via the telephone.
